Highlights

Voltages of up to 880V

The high-voltage range of the HVH 50/70 is between 100 volts and 490 volts and is therefore perfectly suited for most electric cars. The 800 V HVHs round off the product portfolio by being used for both cars and commercially used electric vehicles such as trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery. The HVH 100 Compact delivers up to 10 kilowatts of heating power and works with voltages of up to 880 volts, which are required for fast charging. With a heating output of up to 12 kW and a wide voltage range of up to 880 V, the HVH 120 provides powerful and reliable heat in the driver's cab.

Powerful solution

The HVH 100 Compact offers a heating output of 10 kW with a smaller size and lower weight than the previous HVH 100 version.

Our portfolio also includes the HVH 120, a powerful solution especially for commercial vehicles. The unit delivers a heat output of up to 12 kilowatts, 25,000 hours of running time and meets the highest safety and communication standards.

Fast and flexible installation

The compact design of the HVH and its low weight of only 2 between 2.6 kilos allow flexible installation positions in the engine compartment. All connections are located on one side of the device to enable particularly fast and simple plug & play installation in series production as well.

Our production

From Neubrandenburg, 雷速体育下载 supplies around 150 automotive plants worldwide with heating systems. After the headquarters in Stockdorf, the plant has grown to become the 雷速体育下载's largest location in Germany with around 700 colleagues.听Seven different heater ranges are manufactured there. This includes water and air heaters for all vehicle segments such as cars and trucks, as well as High Voltage Heater for hybrid and electric vehicles. Above that a research and compentence center for electromobility听is located in Neubrandenburg.听

Since 2019, a further production facility for the HVH has been located at the Wuhan site.听The production line for the High Voltage Heaters听covers a production area of听鈥媋pprox. 1,000 m虏.
